Vendors

Details for you:

• Date is Saturday, October 3

• The Knoblin Fest is from 10am-6pm

• 10×10 tents with tent weights required

• Rain or Shine (excluding severe weather)

• Specific booth space may not be requested

• Vendors with relevant wares will be given priority

• Vendors fees are $100 for a 10×10 booth space

• Art sellers must make their own art, no AI allowed

• Load in is 8am/Load out is 6pm, no breaking down before 6pm.

• Art and wares must be PG-13 (if you are unsure, email us a sample and we will let you know)

• No hate speech, transphobia, homophobia, racist or any non-inclusive art. Zero tolerance.

• Applying does not guarantee acceptance

• You must carry $1M in liability insurance and list Friends of Donelson as an Additional Insured and provide us with a COI (One day event insurance is available at https://www.actinsurance.com/)
